<p align="center"> <strong>TH&Ocirc;NG B&Aacute;O</strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>V/v kh&aacute;m sức khỏe tổng đợt 2 cho sinh vi&ecirc;n K20</strong></p> <p align="center"> &nbsp;</p> <p> Căn cứ điều 35 của Quy chế tuyển sinh Đại học, Cao đẳng hệ ch&iacute;nh năm 2014 của Bộ Gi&aacute;o dục &amp; Đ&agrave;o tạo về việc kh&aacute;m sức khỏe tổng qu&aacute;t trước khi ra quyết định tr&uacute;ng tuyển ch&iacute;nh thức. Trong 2 ng&agrave;y 25 v&agrave; 26/10/2014, ph&ograve;ng C&ocirc;ng t&aacute;c HSSV đ&atilde; triển khai kh&aacute;m sức khỏe đợt 1 cho sinh vi&ecirc;n c&aacute;c lớp của kh&oacute;a K20 (trừ những lớp c&oacute; DS dưới đ&acirc;y). Qua theo d&otilde;i v&agrave; kiểm tra vẫn c&ograve;n một số sinh vi&ecirc;n (đ&ocirc;ng nhất l&agrave; số sinh vi&ecirc;n hệ li&ecirc;n th&ocirc;ng K20) v&igrave; bận về qu&ecirc; hoặc kh&ocirc;ng đến lớp để nhận lịch tr&igrave;nh v&agrave; phiếu kh&aacute;m n&ecirc;n chưa thực hiện kh&aacute;m sức khỏe. Ph&ograve;ng C&ocirc;ng t&aacute;c HSSV th&ocirc;ng b&aacute;o cho những sinh vi&ecirc;n chưa thực hiện kh&aacute;m sức khỏe đợt 1 (ng&agrave;y 25 v&agrave; 26/10/2014) thực hiện kh&aacute;m sức khỏe bổ sung c&ugrave;ng c&aacute;c lớp c&oacute; lịch kh&aacute;m đợt 2 đưới đ&acirc;y. Thời gian: ng&agrave;y <strong>chủ nhật 02/11/2014</strong>. Địa điểm kh&aacute;m <strong>số 31A</strong> (Trường Hoa Lư), đường <strong>Phạm Văn Nghị,</strong> quận Thanh Kh&ecirc;, TP Đ&agrave; Nẵng (đường nối với đường Phan Thanh về hướng Nam). Sau thời gian tr&ecirc;n, sinh vi&ecirc;n n&agrave;o kh&ocirc;ng thực hiện kh&aacute;m sức khỏe theo quy đinh, ph&ograve;ng C&ocirc;ng t&aacute;c HSSV sẽ lập danh s&aacute;ch kiến nghị BGH nh&agrave;
