xu&acirc;́t (người nuôi tr&ocirc;̀ng thủy sản; người đánh bắt thủy sản); (ii) Người ch&ecirc;́ bi&ecirc;́n; (iii) Người tiêu thụ. Sự vận động của chu&ocirc;̃i giá trị còn chịu tác động bởi các tác nhân và y&ecirc;́u t&ocirc;́ bên ngoài chu&ocirc;̃i như hệ th&ocirc;́ng cung ứng, hoạt động marketing, hệ th&ocirc;́ng luật pháp, cung c&acirc;̀u hàng hóa.</p> <p> Đặc trưng của chu&ocirc;̃i giá trị thủy sản</p> <p> Theo Lambert and Cooper (2000) một chu&ocirc;̃i giá trị có b&ocirc;́n đặc trưng cơ bản: thứ nh&acirc;́t, chu&ocirc;̃i giá trị bao g&ocirc;̀m nhi&ecirc;̀u công đoạn (bước) ph&ocirc;́i hợp bên trong các bộ phận, ph&ocirc;́i hợp giữa các bộ phận (t&ocirc;̉ chức) và ph&ocirc;́i hợp dọc.
