Giới thiệu Bộ tiêu chuẩn Quốc tế ISO 9000 và những lợi ích của việc áp dụng ISO 9000

Việc áp dụng ISO 9000 góp phần tạo ra một tiếng nói chung cho các ngành công nghiệp, dịch vụ trên thế giới, mang lại niềm tin cho người tiêu dùng khi lựa chọn người cung cấp. <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">- ISO 9000 là Bộ tiêu chuẩn Quốc tế về Hệ thống Quản lý chất lượng do Tổ Chức Quốc tế về Tiêu chuẩn hóa (ISO) ban hành lần đầu vào năm 1987 nhằm đưa ra các chuẩn mực cho Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, không phải tiêu chuẩn cho sản phẩm, dịch vụ. <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">- ISO 9000 có thể áp dụng rộng rãi trong mọi lĩnh vực sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ (y tế, hành chánh công, giáo dục, đăng kiểm, kiểm định hàng hóa, ….) và cho mọi qui mô hoạt động (nhỏ hoặc lớn). <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">- Vòng đời quản lý của Bộ tiêu chuẩn ISO 9000 thường là 05 năm soát xét và ban hành lại. <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Tiêu chuẩn ISO 9000 là Tiêu chuẩn về hệ thống quản lý không phải tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật. <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Đến nay đã được soát xét và ban hành được 04 lần: <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Lần 1 - năm 1987 (ISO 9000:1987). <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Lần 2 - năm 1994 (ISO 9000:1994). <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Lần 3 - năm 2000 (ISO 9000:2000) <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Lần 4 - năm 2008 (ISO 9001:2008) <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Lần 5 - năm 2015 (ISO 9001:2015) <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Bộ tiêu chuẩn ISO 9000 gồm các tiêu chuẩn sau: <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">1. ISO 9000:2005 - Các thuật ngữ và định nghĩa. Hỗ trợ các thuật ngữ và định nghĩa trong các điều khoản của ISO 9001:2008. <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Ví dụ: định nghĩa Chất lượng là gì? ISO 9001:2008 - Các yêu cầu. Đây là tiêu chuẩn để các tổ chức áp dụng theo đúng trình tự các điều khoản quy định và chứng nhận trên tiêu chuẩn này. <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">3. ISO 19011: Hướng dẫn đánh giá hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, Đây là tiêu chuẩn hỗ trợ các tổ chức áp dụng ISO 9001 trong hoạt động đánh giá phù hợp với quy định, cụ thể là điều khoản 8.2.2 trong tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008 ( Đánh giá nội bộ).   <span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">4. Khi đó chứng nhận phù hợp với ISO 9000 sẽ trở thành “Giấy thông hành” trên thị trường trong và ngoài nước.
