Theo kế hoạch cổ phần hóa do Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch phê duyệt, công ty có vốn điều lệ là 50 tỷ đồng.</span></span></p>

Nó được sử dụng một văn phòng nằm trên 5.000 mét vuông trên đường Thụy Khuê ở Hà Nội, cho thuê văn phòng 900 mét vuông trên đường Hoàng Hoa Thám ở thủ đô và có hai lô đất khác tại huyện Đông Anh tại Hà Nội và Thái Văn Lung, TP.HCM.</span></span></p>

VIVASO được công ty TNHH Xây dựng Văn Cường nắm giữ 80%.</span></span></p>
