Hệ số ICOR của nước ta trong c&aacute;c năm 2001-2006 l&agrave; 5,1 nghĩa l&agrave; cần 5,1 đồng vốn đầu tư để tăng được một đồng GDP, cao gấp rưỡi đến gấp hai nhiều nước xung quanh trong thời kỳ đầu c&ocirc;ng nghiệp ho&aacute;. Đặc biệt, giai đoạn 2006-2010&nbsp; tăng l&ecirc;n 10,52, tức l&agrave; gấp khoảng 3,5 H&agrave;n Quốc v&agrave; Đ&agrave;i Loan giai đoạn 1961-1980, gấp 2,5 lần Th&aacute;i Lan giai đoạn 1981-1995 v&agrave; Trung quốc giai đoạn 2001-2006. C&oacute; nhiều nguy&ecirc;n nh&acirc;n l&agrave;m cho hệ số ICOR của Việt Nam cao, một trong c&aacute;c nguy&ecirc;n nh&acirc;n đ&oacute; l&agrave; do Việt Nam đang trong giai đoạn tập trung đầu tư cho hạ tầng cơ sở, bao gồm cả hạ tầng cơ sở ở v&ugrave;ng s&acirc;u, v&ugrave;ng xa v&agrave; đầu tư cho xo&aacute; đ&oacute;i giảm ngh&egrave;o, đảm bảo an sinh x&atilde; hội.</p> <p> Tuy nhi&ecirc;n, so với c&aacute;c quốc gia kh&aacute;c đ&atilde; trải qua giai đoạn ph&aacute;t triển tương đồng như Việt Nam th&igrave; hệ số ICOR của Việt Nam hiện nay vẫn ở ngưỡng cao.Hệ số ICOR c&oacute; xu hướng tăng l&ecirc;n trong những năm gần đ&acirc;y, nếu như hệ số ICOR của nền kinh tế giai đoạn 1991-2000 t&iacute;nh theo gi&aacute; hiện h&agrave;nh l&agrave; 4,74 th&igrave; sang giai đoạn 2001-2010 hệ số n&agrave;y l&agrave; 8,78%, tăng 1,85 lần.&nbsp; Điều n&agrave;y một mặt cho thấy m&ocirc; h&igrave;nh tăng trưởng của Việt Nam đang chủ yếu dựa v&agrave;o vốn đầu tư, mặt kh&aacute;c thể hiện hiệu quả đầu tư c&ograve;n hạn chế.</p> <p align="right"> Huỳnh L&ecirc; Bảo Như</p>
